I have repeatedly submitted application for name change request, despite having attached all the required documents, this is repeatedly getting rejected stating some document or the other not attached.

Every time I have submitted the application, I have double checked all required documents were attached.

I have resubmitted the application today, once again with all required information and document s attached....

Dear Sir/Madam. The water meter reading was done on 04.12.2025 and the bill was printed on 11.12.2025 and given to us on 12.12.2025. The last date to pay the bill is on 19.12.2025. If the bill is issued on the day of reading will be very helpful to pay the bill amount in time, instead of waiting for the last date. I hereby request you to kindly look in to this problem and do the needful so that they will issue us the printed bill on the day...

Dear BWSSB Team,

I am writing to report that there has been no water supply since the date of connection May /June-2025 at 4th cross, Opp.Mariyamma Temple road in Vijayanagar, Whitefield, Bangalore-560066. Total Four New connection has been completed. Despite the connection being completed, we have not received any water supply till date, which is causing serious inconvenience to the residents.

i am resident of 16th main Mico layout..
in the past 12 days there is no Cauvery water in 16th main micolayout begur ward no 192..
Thier is no proper response / slow work in 16th main due to some sewage water mix in pipeline and very poor response, when enquired JE and workers

Please help to get it resolved...

Kind Attention: AEE KHB, S HIG D -6, Yelahanka
We are From Yelahanka 5th Phase, SHIG - D6 Apartment Block regarding the Suspect of water Meter Problem. This Suspect is came after increase of water bill charges month on month from last 4-6 months. I have a constant issue of silt deposition into my chamber from the main line of BWssb. I filed several complaint asking for desilting the line
But the line men become aggressive and constantly argue and leave it half attended.

Now my sump is seeping with drainage water.

I cannot fight any longer. Needs guidance and support

Can BWSSB officials explain why people has to pay pro-rata charges of Rs. 40 per sqft to get new connections? On what basis you are charging that much. For 1200 sqft owners has to pay 48000 + extra charges. You are charging monthly water consumption too + sanitary charges too. There is no proper reason why to pay ????
Neither BWSSB provides free water for rest of life nor they do their work on time. ON WHAT BASIS THAT MUCH YOU PEOPLE...

My name is Vadiraja Acharya, RR no is N 315060 /24, SUBDIVISION IS N12. Executive who is coming to collect the meter reading and sharing the bill is making mistakes while noting down the meter reading which is resulting in 10 times more increased water consumption than actuals. Actual reading in the meter is 0265000 however the executive is noting it as 2650000 which is completely wrong. Every month this is wrongly increasing my consumption...

Hi Team,

We have cauvery water connection in our home, and have fixed the meter a year back. We hardly received the water 5-10 times in a year. We receive monthly charges of 135 though no water is coming.
This month (February 2023) we've received the bill amount of Rs.360 wherein S.C charges for borewell is been charged for Rs.150 and other charges of Rs.110.
We don't have borewell at my site and have been charged...

Hi,
I had applied for ownership transfer of the bwssb connection bearing the application number TOC[protected] and the payment towards the same is also made on[protected].
The status of the application states that it is approved by AEE and the transfer is still under progress.
Kindly get this addressed at the earliest....
