i am resident of 16th main Mico layout..
in the past 12 days there is no Cauvery water in 16th main micolayout begur ward no 192..
Thier is no proper response / slow work in 16th main due to some sewage water mix in pipeline and very poor response, when enquired JE and workers

Please help to get it resolved...

bwssb water bill generated hapazardly rr noe-339138

I am a resident of Sir M V Nagar Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore 560016
till Dec 24 the bills were ok and FEB 25 onwards the bill is getting doubled every month now recent Bill received is Rs.4049/- Only three persons living in the building and it shows 83000 litres of water used ...our maximum bill was 500/- now how is it 4049/- ??? I have submitted a written complaint but of no use. No person has visited nor given any solution they are...

For previous bill was generated on 02/04/2025 for the amount of ₹2250 ( due on 17/04/2025) and was paid on 06/05/2025.
But the bill generated in the month of May (02/05/2025) is ₹4148 which includes the fine/ arrears for ₹2219 including previous months bill.
Since the bill is already paid, why is it not update in the current bill

    Arrears charges

    SE114796 is my number. I had paid for month of October but was again charged arrears in November

    Water and Sewarage Blockage

    Have registered compliants regarding water not coming from April 2024 multiple times but no action taken as of date.

    The compliants raised as of date is BWSSB[protected], BWSSB[protected], BWSSB[protected]. BWSSB[protected].

    Also, tried calling the engineer numbers mentioned on the compliants resolutions but none have received the calls and if someone received they states only coming...

    Respected Sir, There is a sewage blockage in our area Guddadahalli main road r t nagar post. This occurs frequently, and creates health issues. Kindly I request you to send the concerned team to clear the chamber blockage at the earliest. And the few people are spoiling the environment by not cleaning the waste. Kindly take the necessary action in this area so that people can be protected from the various fevers especially dengue . Kindly take a neccessary action at the earliest.

              BWSSB has dug up the road in front of houses two months back and not yet laid a proper road yet. Half the street is done and the other half incomplete.
              Senior citizens are struggling to enter and leave the house.
              I am a doctor and not able to take out my car even in an emergency.

                This is to bring to your attention of what seems to be a unresolvable issue for the BWSSB. We have three water meters, 2 of them have ECS while for the third one..even though ECS application was sent and repeated visits to office and assurances that it will get activated has failed!! Now in such a scenario how is BWSSB going to help us. Kindly respond.

                  BWSSB is charging us additional amount monthly for Rainwater harvesting, which is strange ..In our colony only we are getting charged on this.. They did not provide any notice on this..After we consulting BWSSB Vijaya Bank Layout, we were told to Submit Service Certificate of BESCOM, which we have submmitted.. Not sure when they will update tthis .Account ID/RR No:S10H22138.. They have charged me Rs900 how can i recover the amount, .

                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                    I am writing to bring attention to the ongoing challenges we are facing with our water supply. My RR number is E-317316. Despite continuous efforts, I find it necessary to file a complaint regarding the unresponsive behavior of AE Anand Sajjan, whom I have been in contact with for over two years. Despite regular calls, our water situation has not seen any significant improvement.

                    As per the schedule, our locality is supposed to receive Cauvery water on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Unfortunately, we only receive water on Tuesdays, and that too for a limited two-hour period with very low pressure. Notably, our water bill has not exceeded Rs. 100 for the past couple of years. Despite numerous complaints and follow-ups with Jayaram, the chairman of BWSSB, a solution was provided by laying a separate borewell line and connecting it to our houses. However, the recent claim by the lineman that the borewell has gone dry raises concerns, which I find hard to believe.

                    I am requesting BWSSB to ensure an adequate water supply, with a minimum of 600 litres per household per day. Currently, it seems we are receiving only a fraction of that amount per week. The residents of our layout are becoming increasingly frustrated with the inadequate water supply. Furthermore, it is disheartening to observe excess water being supplied to Kowdenahalli, situated on the opposite side of the main road from our layout.

                    I sincerely hope BWSSB takes the necessary measures to distribute water more equitably among all households in our area. Your attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

                    The challenges persist, and today, on Saturday, February 17th, we are experiencing a complete absence of water supply. Our reliance is now solely on the lineman, Lokesh, who is anticipating a bribe of Rs200 from each household for ensuring uninterrupted water flow. Unfortunately, I find myself and few others targeted by both Lokesh and Anand Sajjan, the AE, simply because we refuse to comply with their demanded bribe amount. It is my sincere belief that individuals of such character should be replaced with employees who demonstrate honesty and high integrity.
                    It has been a decade since I lodged these complaints, yet there has been no discernible action taken. Two years ago, I was assured that a solution would be implemented within six months. Can we please adhere to the commitment made a couple of years ago and finally address and resolve this issue, or will we continue with inaction and receive unconvincing explanations?

                      Person is illegally selling water in tanker lorries (24x7) from his residential borewell . This is completely draining out the entire Prakrithi Lay out - 7th cross area. None of the houses are getting ground water . Request you to kindly stay this water selling . Every day and night water is drained out from the area . Please stop this asap,
