We ordered a dining table from royal king furniture in Chennai trade center expo on 28th November, 2021 . They had promised delivery in 10 days . After 10 days we had the below responses from them
1) It's cold in Bangalore . So they are unable to dry
2) It's raining in Bangalore . So unable to dry
3) Every time we call them they don't even ask order number and give us a random date
4) Multiple people talking on phone ... Everyone tells a different date and they scold eachother for giving wrong commitments
5) They keep us on line and speak among themselves ..
6) Phone switched off after 27th December (Last promised date) for long time
Things that we found
1) Address in Bill copy is not valid
2) No warehouse in Chennai
3) They have been doing the fraud for 5+ years
4) They have booked a slot for next expo in trade center .But I am not very sure if it will get cancelled due to covid protocols
We had paid 10000 as advance and got it refunded by following up with trade center..The furniture guys cursed us a lot while giving back our money ...Please never entertain such guys and spread the word to educate common people so that they don't get cheated in future ...They are 100% frauds..In case you get cheated please visit expo whenever there is one at trade center..You might find these guys in future too ..
