Royal Oak Furniture, Electronic City — fraud /money debited / but there is no product

I bought dining table, side table and shoe rack through royal oak, electronic city showroom.
Dining table turned out to be very bad and defective.
Hence i requested for a return.
All the product was on consumer durable loan.
I went to the showroom personally and paid off for the remaining two furniture and requested them to cancel the loan
They agreed but now i get a message from hdfc saying that the bank loan is active and emi will be deducted next month.
Ridiculous

Now they have debited the money too

Rs. 3260.00 is debited in ac xx1495 on[protected].

I don't know why they have charged me???
