Hi,
I have purchased Atlanta American power recliner 3 s on 22nd September and delivered on 27th sep, due to the size issue the transport person claimed that he can fit the sofa into the service lift and request to unpack the sofa to fit into the service lift, with no choice left he unpacked and delivered with the bubble wrapped item. The complaint are listed below,

Really Pathetic service...I ordered Queen Size Bed on 18/09/2022...As committed i was delivered on 21/09/2022.Till now no update from company. even after calling customer care multiple times they are saying product will deliver in 1 week...that to not conclusive on delivery date...I had to travel to home town on weekend they are literally dumb not saying anything on delivery date....

I have received a sofa which is defective and low quality of wood. The sofa sitting wood has 16 bits of wood attached together which started to split.
I have reported this issue to the Thiruninravur branch manager Mr Danish
Initially he agreed to replace the defective part alone and send technician for fix. Later he refused for replacement and started asking money to fix the issue.
He did not properly answer my questions,...

I have received a defective Sofa. The sitting wood has 16 pieces of wood attached and now it started to break.when i contacted the Manager regarding the issue, he suggested for paid service. Irresponsible Manager did answer for any of my doubts. He told to complain about the issue to anywhere in India as he will be the person to look into this issue. Ordered a sofa on 15th August 2022 with a promise that it will be delivered by 18th August 2022. Today it's 22nd September. Neither sofa has been delivered nor refunded is given. A customer manager name Pravin Raj openly told me that I will not get my money refunded and I should wait until I get my sofa. He also told that he can't guarantee when the sofa delivered as it is not in warehouse. Royal Oak service is very pathetic, no business...

I had placed an order for 3 seater recliner, king size bed and mattres on 22 August 2022 under the Order Number : SO[protected] from Royal oak store kukapally hyderabad . The same got delivered to me on 27th August in morning.

Dear Team,

I order 77k recliner sofa on Aug 28th 2022 and suppose to deliver by 2 days. But till now dated 3rd sept not received my delivery. And top of that no proper response from the team or shop.

This is humiliating us by giving false promise by royal Oak.

I have purchased alpha computer chair for 7990 from royal Oak kirti nagar. The store manager promised me that he would deliver the product by 2nd September, but as of now it is 3 September and still no delivery and not picking up the call. I will be having my exams soon and you guys are giving me mental torture....

I bought a recliner worth Rs 38, 000/- from Royal oak, new airport road showroom .
After 7 months it got damaged, even though warranty is for 1 year the company is not responding do the complaint i raised regarding the damaged Product.

I have ordered Frozen office chair on July 23, 2022. The delivery date was for August 02, 2022 and its mentioned free delivery . Till now, even after multiple attempts, RoyalOak has not been able to properly install the product due to a part fitment issue. Images are attached for your reference.

Royal Oak complaint: RIPL28031

If you don't have the proper parts available and are not able to install the bed properly, then you should not have sold the incomplete product.

Got termites in a month and spreading all over house and affecting other furniture. Customer care doesn't value to customer issues. Technical team is worst team even after sending clear pictures of termites they say no issue with sofa. It needs multiple mails and followup, you can do only if you don't have any other work other than this. It's like mental torture.
I Regret choosing Royal Oak. Please be aware and choose your brand wisely....

Hi i booked coffee table in royal Oak online, being my booking number[protected], It was supposed to deliver on 16.8.22, but till now no response, tried calling customer care 100times connected one she said, it's out for delivery 2days back Very much negligence in delivering. SO I REQUEST NOT TO ORDER ONLINE, ELSE OUR BP WILL RISE UNNECESSARILY FREE OF COST..

I had ordered a bed and bedside table (Order#[protected] on 29th June'22 and till 17th August'22 I have not received the Bedside Table. I have called their customer care every day and they say they will check with the warehouse and call me back which they never do.
