I ordered dinning table in royal oak Velacher store on 3/3/2024, the dinning table I asked for is a display piece.

To deliver the display piece they told that they can deliver it on 07/03/2024. Without any objection I accepted and paid full amount of Rs21000

Then I was expecting to deliver the product on 07/04/2024 I have not received the next day till 4 pm I have not received.

Side table delivery date was 6 Jan'2024 per company message and shoe rack delivery was 15 Jan 2024.

This is a serious staff service complaint regarding “ Royal Oak” Kirti Nagar Showroom. Extremely Casual and unacceptable behaviour - the Salesman was least interested and was continuously fiddling on the phone.

Not just this, the store manager and salesmen present at the store DENIED using the WOMEN’s Washroom and advised that it is locked, no courtesy and basic rights are being violated at this store!
