I have purchased a recliner sofa from the Royal Oak store in Karapakkam, Chennai ( September 2022), and my experience has been deeply disappointing due to multiple issues with the product and the service.I am writing this after 2 years of experience to ensure this is consider for the wider forum.

I ordered a furniture worth 29, 496 rs (Order No. ORDER #[protected] on 16th Dec. 2023. It was scheduled to delever on 31st Dec 2023, on calling on 1st Jan 2024, I was told it will be delivered on 4th Jan 2024, on calling on 4th Jan 2024 I was told it will be delivered on 11th Jan 2024, on calling on 11th Jan 2024 I am told it is not even dispatched. They say, they will contact back but I don't hear back. Tired of contacting and getting irresponsible...

We have ordered marble sonet dining set and coffee table 3 weeks ago from mangalore kulloor showroom and it was to be shipped to our Bangalore residence one week ago. I kept following up and they kept saying tomorrow tomorrow and we even extended our stay in Bangalore . We have to leave tomorrow early morning and today it must be delivered at any cost. If it is not delivered cancel our order and immediately refund our payment....

I placed an order online and tried to cancel it within a few hours because I realised some customisations were provided by the company. But they are refusing to cancel the order and forcing me to buy something from them. This is absolute ### and horrible CUSTOMER service. No where on there website it says that cancellation is not possible....

We bought recliner sofa and marble top table.

History below on both

1. Marble top when it was delivered it had so much of issue, the top was broken and 4 -5 times the top was changed and then we got i fine product

2. We bought soft 3+2+1. So after delivery in 1 month the sofa started sinking and the service people took the sofa and got it repaired and gave us. NOW AFTER 8-9 MONTHS AGAIN SOFA HAS...

Last Month I had bought 1 Queen size bed, 1 three door wardrobe, 1 two door wardrobe, 1 TV unit from Royal Oak Store Turbhe, every thing delivered In time except the two door wardrobe which was out stock strangely

Every time I called for the same I was convinced by Mr. arun (Turbhe Store) by saying that the unit will be delivered next week with same day installation. Finally I got the delivery yesterday but still I am waiting...

At first, he fiddled with the drawers and said it is alright although it was highly damaged. I have purchased computer chair from royal oak marathahalli on may 10th 2020. They have promised me it will be delivered with in 3 days and will get installed with in next 3 days. Though they have delivered it after 3 days there is no update on installation till now.

But it's 4th may and all i see is delivery dates keep changing when tracking order on the website. I tried calling customer care and raised request for call but haven't received any response till now.
