We ordered a product from a website, but due to a technical glitch, the order was canceled by the website itself. Now, the company is telling the consumer they won't provide a refund and instead, the consumer must purchase the product again from them.
However, we already purchased the product from another website and now wants a refund for the original, canceled order.

    I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a defective product delivered under Sales Order No SO[protected], Invoice No SI25KA[protected]. The order was placed and fully paid on 19th April 2025, and the product was delivered on 1st May 2025.
    Upon delivery and during the assembly process carried out by your technician, it was clearly identified that the tabletop was defective, showing signs of faded paint, and 2 out of the 6 chairs had torn fabric. I have attached photographs of the defects for your reference and records.
    Given the condition of the product, I kindly request that ROYAL OAK replace the entire defective dining set at the earliest. Additionally, I would appreciate written assurance that the replacement set will undergo thorough quality checks and will not have similar defects. This situation also raises concerns regarding the quality control of imported materials from China and the effectiveness of the warehouse inspection process prior to dispatch.
    While I would like to acknowledge the prompt support extended by Mr. Ashish from your Kirti Nagar outlet, I must emphasize the urgency of resolving this matter quickly. We request that you provide a definitive date by which the replacement set will be delivered and assembled.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Royal Oak's service. When I placed an order from their website, it clearly stated that the delivery would be free of cost. However, I was later informed that I need to pay for the delivery, which is both misleading and unacceptable.

      Despite calling every day to get a status update, I received no proper communication from their end. Due to the lack of clarity and the unexpected delivery charge, I decided to collect the product myself from the store. However, now they are not ready to arrange for the installation of the product.

      This experience has been highly disappointing, and I urge Royal Oak to address these issues immediately to prevent such discrepancies and delays in the future.

        I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Royaloak for their unacceptable service regarding my recent purchase.

        Incorrect Product Delivery:
        I received the wrong product instead of the one I ordered. This was immediately brought to the attention of Royaloak's customer service team.
        Failure to Deliver Correct Product:

        Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Royaloak, the correct product has not been delivered even after 20 days. Every day, I was asked to stay home for the delivery, but it never arrived.
        Lack of Customer Support:

        After the initial sale, Royaloak's customer service has been extremely unresponsive. They have stopped answering my calls and have ignored my messages on WhatsApp, leaving me without any resolution to this issue.
        Impact: This situation has caused significant inconvenience, both in terms of time and effort. I have had to rearrange my schedule multiple times based on the false promises of delivery, and the lack of communication has been frustrating and unprofessional.

        Resolution Sought: I request that Royaloak either deliver the correct product immediately or process a full refund for the purchase. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience caused by their negligence and poor customer service.

            We ordered StudyTable and Chair on 2nd May in Ecity Branch made the complete payment and the team committed that it will be delivered within 3 to 4 days . After multiple follow ups hardly agent picks the call and got it delivered on the 10th day.. Installation again was delayed and when the guy came for installation today the hardware parts of the chair was missing ...
            Harly they have empathy to address the customers concern ..
            Quite unacceptable behaviour Royal OAK sales ppl have.. they avoid picking calls... Really fed up follwing up with them .. Local vendors are far better in service .. Royal oak is just a brand with out any Quality ..

              I ordered dinning table in royal oak Velacher store on 3/3/2024, the dinning table I asked for is a display piece.

              To deliver the display piece they told that they can deliver it on 07/03/2024. Without any objection I accepted and paid full amount of Rs21000

              Then I was expecting to deliver the product on 07/04/2024 I have not received the next day till 4 pm I have not received.

              I called customer care and Said the product is not delivered as you have promised I don't want your product and cancel it I said

              Then I asked to cancel the product on 08/07/2023 to customer care executive.

              Till now my refund is not credited

                I purchased a computer chair from Royaloak Kochi shop (Invoice #SI[protected] and within 11 months its backrest had issues. Backrest tilted towards the back and not returning to its original position causing backpain. I tried to call their Kochi office but unfortunately the number provided in website was not service. Called their Manager and he assured technician will visit the next day but no one visited. Each time calling Royaloak Kochi manager was getting same response and no one turns up. Fed up i visited their Showroom but manager was not available. One of the employee listened to my concern and again assured that he will arrange a technician visit and again same no technician visited. After several call, one day the technician called and informed that he can't visit as he has other customer visit. Instead, he assisted me over phone and asked me to send photo of computer chair. After which he concluded that the bottom plywood of the chair is broken and he will inform Manager to do the needful. Manager didn't called back and after i reached the Manager he informed that the chair was damaged because of improper handling by me. How come without visiting and inspecting he concluded about it. I asked him to get it repaired since i reported this within warranty period, else suggest the best possibility to get it repaired. Later he gave me another number (Saying it was number of customer support Manager) and asked me to call to get further support. When i called the new number and started narrating my concern, he asked who gave my number to you ? The Manager shouldn't have given you my number and this is Bangalore number...You should call the same Kochi office Manager and rectify the issue. I waited for 5 months awaiting some response. Now i am fed up and raising my concern here. Hope the concern team from Royaloak will respond.
                I am currently using the chair with rope tied (Photo attached).

                  On August 6th, I made a purchase at the Royal Oak store in Kirti Nagar, acquiring a coffee table, sofa set, and a showpiece stand under invoice SI23KA[protected] with total invoice value Rs. 103055.21. Within five months, the coffee table exhibited wood expansion issues, prompting me to contact customer care on January 17 2024 and file a complaint under reference ID RIPL-65709 . A technician inspected the product on January 18 2024 and confirmed a manufacturing defect, stating it couldn't be rectified at home. The product was subsequently picked up after many follow ups with store on January 27 2024 after the technician's visit.
                  Despite several follow-ups, I received notification of the product being en route every time . Finally on February 13 2024 I received a call from a delivery person that table is on the way. Upon its arrival, I discovered a brand-new table in a completely different colour. Attempts to contact the store went unanswered, leading me to inform customer care support number and they asked me not to accept the delivery.

                  Upon contacting the store directly the next day, they urged me to visit before arranging another delivery, claiming the original table had been fixed. I agreed to visit the store on weekend. On February 17 2024 when I visited the store upon inspection, I found the original table was on display at the store and displayed poor quality finishing, with bad polish, visible hammer marks on the sides and center, and an uneven finish. It became apparent that they were aware of the subpar condition, explaining the dispatch of a new table.
                  I explained that the new colour of the table wont go with the décor of the house as everything was bought accordingly and mostly through Roaloak store only. They agreed and asked me to choose alternate table and I agreed to pay the difference in price if its going to be of higher value. Despite attempts to choose an alternative table, we selected 3 tables which were on display but none of them were available as those were last pieces on display as per the store representative. I was really annoying to see what the point was to displaying a product and is not available to purchase.

                  We left the store and was told we will be getting a call from their supervisor on Monday, which didn’t happen so I followed up with the store again and finally received a call on from the Person named Sonu. Alternatives he presented was to accept the differently coloured replacement table or retain the improperly fixed original table. Requesting a refund was met with refusal.

                  I raised my concern to there centralised customer care are team and raised my concerns and below is the response I received

                  As we got an update from our service team, they have confirmed that it is a usage damage .

                  We would like to inform you that after several months o[censored]sage product return or replacement is not possible.

                  We got feedback from our service team regards this issue and have confirmed that it can be rectified

                  When I asked Why your technician & team tried to send me a new table, they should have tried to fix the problem? or Why would your team ask me to visit the store and select a different product? . And asked to check the whereabout of the Product as it was picked up from my house on 27th Jan and it's with your team only.

                  There was no response from their team. And after several follow up emails with their representatives. Finally received a call on 6 March 2024 from Syed and asked me to visit the store again and choose an alternate product which is on display and they will offer me 10% discount on the product which is on display . I was shocked to hear the resolution that they are offering to choose the old product which is already on display at the store might be from a year or more. I refused to accept the second-hand product from the display asked for the full refund for the coffee table.

                      Order number or Transaction ID #[protected] dated 31 Dec'2023 had two items - a 3 door Malaysian Sepang shoerack and a side table. These were ordered on the online store.

                      Side table delivery date was 6 Jan'2024 per company message and shoe rack delivery was 15 Jan 2024.

                      Neither the sales person nor the company's online store has provided an update or when i try tracking using track order in the website nothing comes up. I have also sent in written complaints and yet to receive a status update. I am worried that they will neither service the order or cancel the order. Now there is only silence from the company.

                        Hi Guys i have purchased material worth 2 lakh on 27th Dec 2023. However, when i placed the order i clearly told the Branch manager Ali and Jehangir that i need the material in Bangalore. They spoke sweetly and promised to deliver the material on 13th of Jan 2024. I have been chasing them from last two days and none of the guys are coming forward to answer the call. This company seems to be run by totally unprofessional people. I would request the prospective customer to avoid purchasing royal oak product as they are pretty bad in after sales support and leave it to GODs mercy. Ali- Branch Manager and Jehangir are two Thugs who are ready to cheat you, they gave a recliner as free gift for purchasing item worth 2 lakh but this was used one and now they are not responding to my call.

                          ORDER # 000083252 not delivered

                          I ordered a furniture worth 29, 496 rs (Order No. ORDER #[protected] on 16th Dec. 2023. It was scheduled to delever on 31st Dec 2023, on calling on 1st Jan 2024, I was told it will be delivered on 4th Jan 2024, on calling on 4th Jan 2024 I was told it will be delivered on 11th Jan 2024, on calling on 11th Jan 2024 I am told it is not even dispatched. They say, they will contact back but I don't hear back. Tired of contacting and getting irresponsible...

                          Am writing this email as I am unable to get the issue resolved with out escalating. I have sent an email but I think it would be appropriate to explain the issue again.

                          It is really a bad experience I have with Royal oak. I have purchased a sofa cum bed at royal oak Marahthalli store. The wheels broke with ten days of purchase and I raised complaints regarding the same they changed it and still it is the same and the technician says we have to pay for the service next time even though it is in warranty. I choose royal oak for my furniture needs because of quality and now I raised one more complaint as the foam is not as it was before and technician informed us that hydraulic is also not working properly and all this happened with in a few months of purchase.                             I Padala Naveen from Yanam. I have booked 2 Office Chairs in Online. The status was pending, but BAJAJ FINSERV had deducted Rs. 4664.00 for the 2 LOANS in the month of November 2023. Again today they deduct Rs. 4664. They informed me they will deduct today also. I had informed to the staff or Royaloakindia. I had raised the complaint to the customer care employees thru Phone.

                                Cot was supposed to be delivered on Nov 7. Pathetic service, can't reach customer care, no response tot he complaints raised and messages sent. The person who assisted while purchasing says deliver is not their department. Doesn't pick up calls. No tracking available about the delivery partner. Kindly help

                                  Wrong product delivered- marble centre table item number CT 8038 has been delivered instead sonet marble centre table of item code CT 8058. Firstly the product has been delivered one week late than promised. We had told we need it soon since we are in Bangalore for only few days and there was ample time. But now wrong product is delivered. We even extended our stay only for the same. We are very disappointed. Please immediately exchange it...
