[Resolved]  Royal Resorts — false assurance

I was at Goa last week, I stayed in Clubmahindra resort, when we came outside one person from Karma group came and invited us to Hathi mahal to know about the resort . I went with my wife at 11 am, and I was told so many stories about their resorts and they said that their Goa resort is of international Karma standards and they have shown their model studio apartment in that resort, it is just like a five star property, and we felt it is worth buing this time share, and immediately I paid 47, 000/ on 24th sep 14, and then next day morning I paid 2, 00, 000/ . Next day we went Taj Exotica for lunch, then accidentally I saw Royal group resort there, then we went to that resort after lunch . It is so horrible resort, we were told it is of Karma standared, but it is not even 2 star . I request them to pay back my money immediately .
