Respected Sir / Madam, I am having Investment with Royal Twinkle star club and Citrus Check Inns Ltd. Please find my Certificate number and other details: Certificate No.ERM[protected] Plan Holder Name : Jitendra N. Gor The maturity date for above said Certificate number is 10/02/2015 and today it is 08/05/2015, I have still not received the maturity amount. Do it take 3 months to do the fund transfer or to dispatch a cheque to the customer place? And the most important part is company is not even informing the customer regarding the payouts. Even after calling many times to the HO, no replies and no any confirmation is there from company. Just giving the date and date and date. Now I have fear that Do I Will be getting my payouts or I have lost it. Please take it further and please revert me on below said EMAIL ID and CONTACT number.
