RPFC — pf account no with missing amount

Dear team,

I was working with bt eserv (India) pvt ltd in year 2015, in the month of aug-15 8 days pf was deducted and showing in the month of sep-15. However while going through the pf account and the company deduction. I found the 1 month pf deducted in not showing in pf account for the month of sep-15.

I had reported the same to company pf helpdesk and they suggested to log a grievance with rpfc gurgaon.

It was almost 2 years and that amount is present in company salry slip but not visible in pf account no.

I want that amount to be present in the pf account both for employee and employer contribution.
