My order has reached chandigarh past 20 days, but the delivery boy has not delivered it to me. He changes the delivery dates on his own convenience. I have provided my office address for the delivery of the courier but he tried to contact me on a weekend, which is a holiday and i am unavailable in office to receive the package. I asked him to deliver the order to an alternative address but he is least bothered to respond me. On weekdays the boy is not picking up my calls. I don't know how to reach them out!
The guy is telling me that they are not receiving salary so they are not delivering the couriers. I asked him to send me the address ill pick from that destination.
He is not responding to my calls nor did he send the address or any alternate number from where i have to pick the order. Was this information helpful? |
