Hello team, i placed my order on 10/3/2018 from sss with online payment and it was expected to be deliver on 31/03/2018. However it is not yet delivered till date and when i am trying to track my order (Tracking details :rcslp12727) the status has not changed since 02/04/2018. When i tried to call r quick express ([protected]) that lady said your order address is not in our service area and hence not delivered. Also asked me that the courier person will call you and you have to pick the order from location. Now she is not even picking my call and i have not recieving any calls from courier guy. My SSS order is still with the delivery boy. My order has reached Chandigarh and past 20 days he has not made efforts to reach me. I have given my office address and delivery boy reached me out on a weekend. On weekdays he does not picks up the call.
