RRP Housing — maraimalai nagar apartment till no response

On 2015 april month i booked for a flat in atchaya maraimalai nagar chennai, but till now nothing has started there. Infact the place is looking like abanded place just two watchmen sitting there. When i asked they say all sales people resigned and asking to call customer care. Customer care lady gave me a number which is respond the amount will be refunding this year october but tills not yet and no response my call.
