This might be on your case. I booked for a villa in Guduvancherry 605 sq. Ft. Land area. Initially the villa was not suitable for my requirement. I gave my change requests to the executive. They took some time for consulting with the engineers about the feasibility, the CRM dept called me and confirmed about the change request. They charged me extra 75000. But I am happy that villa is looking great now

My name is latha.
I booked a plot measuring about 720 sq.ft in C14 phase 1 of Amudham homes at Thiruvallur in the year 2013 December by paying an advance of Rs.2, 93, 000/- Due to my health problem and they have not got any proper layout approval for their project I requested to cancel the booked villa from the period 2014 . From that period I regularly following them to refund my money. Till date (24.2.2016) they have not refund my amount. I lost hope in that project and requested several times for cancellation of booking and refund of advance amount paid by me. To my dismay no response from RRP till date. Being frustrated of loosing hard earned money I keep on requesting through various channels but all in vain. they are not even bothered about my request. please do help me to get back my advance .
