RTO — Approval of learning license on pending stage for so many days

i chetanya garg wth application number [protected] have successfully passed my learner licence test on 13 july but after 8 days it is still showing me printing of ll as pending with counter name as DLGAURAV, this is my kind request to please fix my issue and print my learning license as soon as possible. thank you
