Rto — been sat in the rickshaw and then denied. also,been wrongly asked to pay more than double the amount despite of the meter charges.

I was at borivali station when a rickshaw wala stopped by. He made me sit and then said traffic bohot hai madam, 40rs hoyega (whereas it's 18Rs normally). When i denied to pay the extra amount, he said nai jayega main utar jao aap. He fought with me a lot and i had to get down the rickshaw. Request you to please investigate him and cancel his licence.
