I registered for renewal of dl on line on 06.05.20 vide no [protected] & paid fee rs 400 subsequently becz of technical problem. Got appointment on line to report at counter no 7 on 24.06.20. Kdly inform, whether on line appointment is a must? Whether submission of print out of appointment is a must? If yes, where it is mentioned. I being a senior citizen was harassed at counter no 6&7 and asked to bring print out of appointment letter and again standing at the q as afresh & their misbehaviour at counter 07 & 06. Cctv footage may be explored.
