Rto — Driving licence not dispatched

Hello,
I had completed my licence test on 16th Feb 2022 . It was approved on 23rd February but it is still not delivered on my postal address . The application number is : [protected] Date of birth is :[protected]

Below is the status : PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) - pending
DL DISPATCH BY POST - pending
Application Processing Stage - PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )
Counter : RTOAUTH1

PLease let me know when will my licence will be delivered ? please treat this as highest priority
