RTO India — about my trailer vehicle getting wrongly charge for penalty

Hello,
Myself gaurav pareek a transporter from nashik maharashtra.
Recently supplied a vehicle for guwahati from nashik from crompton and greaves, nashik.
The vehicle was loaded with electric panels with height of 12.3 feet and the rto officer at devri, maharashtra border is charging fine whereas maharashtra rto permits height upto 3.8metres i. E.12.5 feet height is allowed as it is mentioned online of india transport website too.

Sir, madam my vehicle is MH16AE7400 TATA 1616 tipper HGV CLASS Ahamednaga Rto register but online data display totally wrong MH 16AE7400 THIS vehicle is showing the TATA SUMO LGV nashik RTO & this totally I will inform the Ahmed Nagar & nashik RTO officer but not action any one is this matters. I dont know who's wrong.
