RTO India — about proceeding slot in driving licence

I passed learning licence and date of expiry is 23 march 2020 but from about 1 week i am proceeding for further procedure no slots are available for me, not declining fact that my learning is not expired yet. That's not the way;either give me slot or refund my learning proceedings. Application no — [protected] kindly solve my issue as soon as possible
