RTO India — about the processing of learning license fees.

I have paid rs 650 for my learners license with applicant no. [protected]. My bank says that rs 650 is deducted from my account but the site sarathi says that the havent got their payment and the status the are showing is failed.
It's been one month and the site hasn't updated my payment status.
I would request to look into the matter and to slve it as soon as possible.

Updated by Vibhor571 I have also been calling the callcentres but after a 10 min. Waiting the call ends automatically meanwhile it says that the person is busy on another call .
I have applied for Driving License and al test are passed.
My DL card is waiting for Dispatch status for a long time
I am checking all the portal. I didn't find any help desk.
