[Resolved]  RTO India — amount deducted from bank but not received by rto and showing pending

I have made a payment for Test for Learning License in Maharahtra Sarthi Parivahan Website.
Amount has been deducted from my Bank account as i have got Msg from bank, But the website still shows my Payment is Pending.

KIndly help me with this.
i am not able to recover money from bank also and also the payment status is not chaning even after i checked after 6-7hours.
