RTO India — amount deducted from bank but sarathi portal shows payment not processed

I was trying to apply for driving license renewal of my father and was able to fill in information on sarthi portal however after processing the payment, the amount was deducted worth rs 400/- for following application number however the portal is not showing the payment confirmation. Kindly review and advise.
