Hi team,

My application number is [protected]. I have applied for new driving licence on 27th oct 2018 and my dl is approved on 14/11/2018 but my dl is still not dispatched to my address. After that whenever i check the application status it shows "application is under processing at rto level". I applied rto electronic city (Ka-51) rto office, bangalore.

So, would request you to help me to understand the further process if any. And, by when can i expect the same.

Hi Sandeep,

I am too facing the same issue. Have applied for DL from RTO Electronic City (KA-51) and even after 2 months of passing the test, licence have is not dispatched and the status shows "application pending at rto level".

I have raised a complaint ticket on this customer complaint website same as you did and i also got the same reply from them- "RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint".

i guess they do not even read the problem and just paste the same template for every query.
