RTO India — Application is under processing at RTO level from last 30 days

Automated Driving Test Track S A S Nagar Sector 82 S A S Nagar

I have submitted my DL to change address in RTA Mohali on 19th July 2021. with application number [protected].

My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING'.

It's been over 4 weeks. The endorsement should have happened by now because I surrendered my 4 wheeler smart-card.

Please expedite this issue and let me know the resolution as well.
