RTO India — Application status of learners license

Today i.e. on 04/10/20, I visited Coimbatore central RTO for my learner license, but document scrutiny office orally told that your application has been rejected due to the permanent address which shows different state, and she informed that present and permanent address should be one and from Tamil Nadu state only, but still when I check my application status in online portal it's still showing under scrutiny process, please look into the matter.
