RTO India — application status pending for two months after dl test

My application number is [protected] and i had applied for an endorsement on my existing 4 wheeler licence for a motorcyle with gear licence. I have completed payment process as well as driving test. My application status shows pending for even the approval section and the following sections, and it has been 2 months since my driving test. My learner's licence will expire next month and i dont know what to do.
