RTO India — Application stuck in PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7

My Driving license test was cleared on June 4, 2021, and it's been almost 1 month and my DL application is still stuck in PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 and no further processing is being done till now. I am still waiting for my DL card.
