RTO India — applied for dl renewal not received

I have applied for my driving license renewal on 17th feb 2020. But license renewal is still pending at rto.

When i check the application status on sarathi. Parivahan.gov.in it shows:

Approval of endorsements on dl : pending (Since march it shows same status)
