RTO India — Applied for licensed but didn't get it

With huge respect i want to say that i have applied for my license on 26 april 2017 my license doesn't arrived so i went to post office but it was still not there again i went rto soron and i asked for my licensed they said that your license should be posted yesterday today on 12th may i went again to post office but the license was still not there please provide my license as soon as possible i need it urgently please

I had purchased a new bike on 15 April 2017.The registration tax was pain o 20 April 2017.I was told that i would be getting a regsitered number after 20 day of purchasing a bike.But it alsoms 25 days now stil i have not recieved the new registration number to my new bike.Kinldy do the need full.I am from pune.Purchased from Aman honda baner road
