RTO India — Approval for endorsement to dl still pending with RTO

I am Razat Aggarwal, I have applied for endorsement to DL with MCWG & LMV category, my RTO office came under RTA, Patiala (PB11), I passed the test on 08/07/2022, It has been 35+ days but approval by licensing authority is still pending.
