Rto India — Approval of DL pending over 1 month

Address:Girish Ghosh Road Bye Lane, Near Water Tank

Hi,
I have applied for 2wheeler licance(MCWG) and I have given my driving test on 14th August and my test result is recorded as passed on 23rd August.

Till then my application is pending in "Approval of DL" stage. It is over 45 days no changes in the status.

What kind of service they are providing I don't understand. Please help me.
