Dear sir/mam Mera name parvinder Kumar hai meri date of birth[protected] hai mera application no. [protected] hai mene 1-9-2021 ko dl havvy license ke liye aply kiya tha par Mera abi tak approval pending bta rha 7 month ho gye hain abi tak mera approval, printing by smart card Or dl dispatch by post pending me hai me 3 bar rto office be gya pr koi solution nhi mila please mera process pura kiya jye. Very very bad rto experience
