RTO India — Approval of Learner License by licensing authority is showing still pending

I am Jyoti pandey, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO ASST.RTO, GAUTAMBUDHNAGAR (UP16), I passed the test on 09/02/2024, Its been 16 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
