RTO India — Approval of LEARNERS LICENCE by licensing authority is pending

I am NISHKARSH DWIVEDI, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO PRATAPGARH Uttar Pradesh (UP72), I passed the test on[protected], It's been 5 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
