Hello sir/mam, I am Arpan Bose, I have applied for a learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office comes under L.A. SILIGURI (WB73) West Bengal. I passed the test on 13/04/2022. It has been 10 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. Apr 27, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved After filing the complaint to this portal, RTO India took the required action within 4 days. My LL license got approved by the license authority, I got the message to print the LL license. Hello sir/mam,
I am manash protim boruah, I have applied for a learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office comes under RTO lakhimpur assam(as 07) . I passed the test on 16/01/2023. It has been 1 month now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
