My name is Shivansh Rai, I have applied for learning licence by using contactless licence service, I passed the STALL test on 03.01.2023, it has been approx 2 months now but approval of LL by licencing authority is still pending. My RTO office comes under RTO Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh.

Issue has been resolved, I got a message to download my LL, Although I had visit the RTO but still, I have got my LL
