Hello sir/mam, I am Suraj Gupta, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, I passed the test on 30/07/2022, while this document suggests that after passing my LL test I should be able to download LL certificate, It's still stuck on pending approval by licence authority. I am Pratyush Behera, I have applied for learning license of MCWG category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Jajpur, Odisha, I passed the test on 18/05/2023, while It's still stuck on pending approval by licence authority for Learning License number. Please help me here.
