I am Avishkar Jagdish Larorkar, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Nagpur City Maharashtra, I passed the test on 22/10/2024, Its been more than 30 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
