RTO India — Approval of LL by Licensing Authority - no updates

I am filing this complaint regarding the undue delay in the processing of my Learner’s License application on the Sarathi portal. Despite completing all required steps, including the LL test on[protected], my application remains stuck at the "Approval of LL by Licensing Authority" stage with no updates.

This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and affecting my ability to drive legally. Despite following up through the portal, no resolution has been provided. As a citizen, I have the right to timely service, and this lack of action amounts to a deficiency in service.
