RTO India — Bike rc not received since 1 years

Dear Sir/madam,
My name is Meraz Alam S/O: Abdul Razak.
I purchased my Second hand bike last year 25 May 2020 and the same time i did applied for bike RC, i have started checking on M-PARIVAHAN after 1 month Bike transferred showing on my name, then i have started to check the RC Card delivery at my home, but still could not receive my card at my address. when i asking to my post office person, he is not responding, even i have visited several times in post office but still i am not getting my RC card.

Please look into my matter and help me to get my RC Card As soon as possible.
