I have applied for learning license and had an appointment on 9th sep, 2019. When i went for my test their were some issues regarding form 1 & 2. After visiting for 2 more days the official told me to withdraw the application and filed a new one as their were many issues in the previous one. He could not cancel my first application so i tried by myself but failed. How can i cancel the application and get refund of rs 500 which i paid as fee for light motor vehicles. My driving license no is UP[protected]. We had applying for name correction in driving license on[protected]. fees submitted online for this but driving license not received to yet. wrong name mention in driving license by RTO Hathras(Mahamaya nagar) U.P department. so please do needful . related document are attached.
