RTO India — Careless driving leading to death of my Sister

Hello,

On 18th Feb'20, my sister met with an accident and passed away.
Mr. Jitendra Kumar was driving the vehicle.

His DL number is UP62 [protected].

I want to know why his DL has not been cancelled/suspended yet.
