RTO India — Change address in DL status pending from 4 month

Address:

Neru-60 Aatmaram vakil ki gali gandhi nagar abu road

I am from Sirohi, Rajasthan, I had submitted my application for changing address in my DL in 09 Sept 21, and I raised my complaints for 2 times online but no response. After 4 month in 12 Jan 2022 I got response about resubmitting documents online, I had upload documents as on 18 Jan 2022 but still its under processing.
whenever I opened my application status its shows same( under processing RTOAUTH), why they takes such a too much time
