RTO India — Chirala RTO - Licence dispatch delayed - no proper response

Dear Sir/Madam,

I attended the driving test on 18/03/2017 at CHIRALA driving test center successfully, online status is shown as card has printed on 23/03/2017.

My Applicatoin details:
LLR NO. LLRAP[protected]
Appl NO. AP127/3233/2017/L

Card is not dispatched till now.:

Driving licence is supposed to reach me via post within 15 days from the commencement of test. however I didn't received.

Hence, I approached to RTO office multiple times, there is very poor response, The personnel are behaving arrogantly, asked me to come next day or later, Finally, today I waited for 2 hours, at the end, personnel asking me to come tomorrow.

I have been waiting for 2 months, Please understand my situation. I need your intervention to resolve my grievance, please help me.
