RTO India — delay in issuing of driving license for mcwg

My permanent driving licence test for mcwg was conducted at rto hadapsar camp (Comes under rto pune) on 07th dec 2018 and the same was declared as pass on 10th dec 2018 in sarathi portal. Also scrunity of documents has been completed but till date licence has not been approved and status shows as 'pending' for approval of dl at rto level.
