RTO India — Delay in learning license ,my application number is [protected]

I have passed my learning licence exam on 6th September, 2021 but still don't get any update, the online application status is showing application is under process, printing of licence is pending
Dear sir kindly take some intiative as soon as possible, hope you will cater my plea . Thanks
