RTO India — delay in printing and issuing of dl

My permanent driving license test was conducted at rto gautam buddh nagar on 12th april 2019 and the same was cleared as pass as seen in the saarthi portal. Also scrutiny of documents has been completed. But till date the license has not been received and status shows as “PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )”.

My application number is [protected] and driving license number is UP16 [protected]

Kindly help me to get the DL as soon as possible.
