RTO India — Delay in printing of DL in FORM 7 from LUCKNOW, UP-32 RTO

On 4th January 2023, I had applied for a "CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN DL" at RTO, LUCKNOW (UP32).
Scrutiny at RTO was completed on 7th January 2023.
DL had been approved at RTO on 10th January 2023, but there is a delay in the "Printing of DL in form 7" and "DL dispatch by post".

It has been more than two months and I have still not received my renewed DL card.

I have to shift to another city this month and it will be difficult for me to drive without carrying my original Driving Licence.
