RTO India — Delay in printing of driving licence (smart card)

Address:RTO Motihari (BR05), Bihar

Hi,
My driving licence got approved on 8th June, 2022 from that day till now I'm getting same thing "printing of DL in form7". It's been more than 90 days, I haven't seen any progress in printing yet. I don't know how long it gonna take.
Please help me with this issue.
