RTO India — Delay in transfer of ownership

Address:B35, Block B, Industrial Area, Bulandshahr Road Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001

I had applied for transfer of ownership on 05 April 2021. I also duly uploaded all the documents and paid the fees online. The application status shows "transaction successful but not inwarded" .

My Application number is UP210405V8489533

It has been more than 40 days since I applied. Please help.
