RTO India — Delivery of Driving licence

Sir,
I had applied for change in Address on my DL. The application was approved and print of DL in Smart card was done by 24th December 2021.
My application number is [protected].
The licence has not yet been dispatched. Request early dispatching of the licence and tracking number to be provided.
The RTO Panchkula office is also clueless about it. Request if the matter may be resolved.
