RTO India — Did not receive my driving license since 6 months

Hi Sir/madam,
I have cleared my driving test on 8th Feb 2021, after which i am waiting to recieve my driving license, but on Sarathi portal I see status as 'Pending Approval at RTO Level'. Kindly look into the issue and resolve as soon as possible. Thanks!
